I’ve spent the last 16+ years building a career in the digital world with experience across a variety of different roles, including Product Management, Implementation Engineering, Sales & Biz dev, Product Marketing & Marketing Operations, and Account Management.

Currently, I am the sole Product Manager at AtData (aka the “Email Address Experts”), a fast-growing SaaS business in the email address validation and intelligence space, where we support email marketers and CRM managers with important first-party data hygiene solutions.  Overall, I own product strategy for the successful development, commercialization, and adoption of our core email intelligence solutions.  I partner with the Exec, CS, Ops, and Sales teams to uncover new customer use cases and business needs, enhance user experience, drive customer retention and improve sales pipeline. Within my first three months, I managed the product rollout, documentation and go-to-market efforts for the successful launch of AtData’s new “SafeToSend” core offering (combining the best of two legacy platforms). I also led the successful technical project management and rollout of key 2023 initiative – List Guard – AtData’s always-on email hygiene monitoring solution. And, I managed the technical rollout and go-to-market processes for AtData’s new Engagement and Quality Score offerings, completing the data-centric package of “email address intelligence” solutions.

Prior to AtData, I was Product Manager for the Integrations and Automations Engineering teams at Sailthru, a leading marketing technology company in SaaS space (which has since been rebranded under the “Marigold” umbrella). My core focus was evolving and improving the automations product (“Lifecycle Optimizer”) to better handle the needs of Sailthru’s enterprise ecommerce and media customers. We were constantly shipping new features to make sure customers could easily handle critical automation use cases like abandon cart, browse abandonment, and post-purchase messaging across all marketing channels (email, SMS, mobile, and onsite). Prior to handling the automations product area, I led a project to roll out Sailthru’s new SMS messaging channel to better handle the SMS needs of its omni-channel customers. As a result, I not only have experience in working on evolving core platform products, I have also shipped new MVPs to expand channels and improve our upsell opportunities.

Before moving into the Product org, I spent a number of years leading the Implementation Engineering team at Sailthru where I headed up a small team of customer-focused Engineers that handled all the technical scoping, implementation consulting, and coding needed for the customer onboarding process. Prior to Sailthru, I had worked in a variety of marketing and account management roles in the music industry, but eventually made the move into a more technical role after completing the Web Development Immersive at General Assembly. That move and my subsequent journey at Sailthru was covered in this interview they did with me for their 10-year anniversary coverage regarding the trajectory of their web development students.
